marketing department so that we can contact you about your interest in our

newsletter via email or to receiving email promotions from us or our partners,

information about the user. We use session ID cookies, which terminate once
users close the browser. We do not use persistent cookies, which reside on your

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet

referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to

contractually restricted from sharing the information with any other parties.

Security
This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information.
When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is

a secure page, such as the SAFEPay on line payment service, the lock icon on
the bottom of Web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked.
During a secure SSL session, all data passed from your computer to
SAFE's web site is encoded so that only your computer and our web site can read
it.While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also
do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our
users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above,
is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to
perform a specific job (for example, a billing clerk or a customer care
representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All
of SAFE's employees are subject to security background checks, and
are registered with the California State Bureau of Security and Investigative
Services as well as the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation. Access
to all personal information is restricted to business purposes. Finally, the
servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure

Correcting/Updating Personal Information
